Towards Our Goal

Recurring Donor

We are asking BECA's friends to rally your friends, family, and networks to support our work. By becoming a fundraiser for Bilingual Education for Central America, you are supporting transformation and dreaming in BECA's classrooms and communities at San Jeronimo Bilingual School, Santa Mónica Bilingual School, and Amigos de Jesús Bilingual School.

In each of our partner schools new possibilities are blossoming every day:

  • striving and high expectations,
  • success and courage,
  • love and connection.

This is all possible because Hondurans (including 8 graduates of our schools now serving as teachers) are working alongside Brazilians, Norwegians, Belgians, Irish, Kenyans, Germans, and people from the United States (to name just a few places) - all learning from each other lessons that hard work and trust alone can teach us.

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun! We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can ensure:

  • BECA's students and their families continue to follow in the footsteps of our graduates-to-date, leveling the playing field in Honduras without having to risk a dangerous journey north, and
  • our teachers continue to learn and grow (in life-changing ways) from the learning that authentic multicultural collaboration offers and requires.
