¡Bienvenidos!
We're the BECA volunteers from 2010-2011, teaming up once again to support an organization that changed our lives and continues to change the lives of so many families in Honduras.
Back in our day, BECA was a one-school operation working in collaboration with 275 students and their families to provide quality bilingual education to the community in Cofradia. Today, BECA works with over 600 students at three schools, fostering cultural exchange between students, teachers and the communities where we work.
Each of us have our own special story to tell about BECA and the many ways in which the organization has impacted our lives. We continue to believe in the good work that BECA does and as the organization grows we want to help equip the teachers and students with the resources they need to succeed and make an impact in the communities we serve.
